Writing Sample - Bocada Centralized Manager Online Help

I contracted with Bocada Inc. in early 2008 to develop the product documentation for their new Centralized Manager software, a software product that works in coordination with Microsoft Data Protection Manager. I produced all of the product documentation including online help, installation guide, and release notes. I also contributed to the UI and marketing content.

Displayed is a screenshot of the online help project I completed for the Bocada Centralized Manager product. As the sole content developer, my job included scoping the project, working with developers to research, creating all of the content including illustrations, compiling the content in RoboHelp, and coordinating the review and approval process.
